Preventative maintenance for shoulder problems involves simple activities during the day. We recommend simple stretching exercise programs for range of motion of the shoulder, and that involves simply stretching your shoulder overhead on a daily basis.

In addition, we recommend gentle conditioning of the shoulder as well, and that involves simple exercises in a gym to strengthen the surrounding musculature of the shoulder. So preventative maintenance to maintain range of motion of the shoulder is important in order to minimize the symptoms of these problems as we age and of shoulder joint degenerates.
