My favorite part about this job is doing a surgical reconstruction on a patient who has such a severe condition that they think they will never get better. And after the completion of the surgical management, these patients are pain-free with full motion and full strength of the shoulder. Seeing them satisfied and happy and restoring their quality of life is the most satisfying part of my job today.
