Experience and Special Interests:
Joined OrthoNeuro in 2025 as Director of Rehabilitation following 6 years are Clinic Director at Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Worthington, OH. Josh has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the entirety of his career across of range of orthopedic practices. Josh has a special intrest in rehabing lower body injuries, and working with Weight Lifters, and Power Lifters.

Experience and Special Interests:
Joined OrthoNeuro in 2025 as the Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator for Central Ohio and Westerville PT Center Manager. Jon is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist, practices dry needling and blood flow restriction training. As a former athlete, he enjoys treating athletes of all ages, specifically lower extermity injuries and ACL rehabilitation.
Zach Beretich

Experience and Special Interests:
Zach joined OrthoNeuro as a physical therapist in 2023. His clinical interests include general orthopedic injuries and returning athletes to sport with particular interest in endurance athletes. He is an avid runner who also has a passion for patients that are dealing with running injuries. He received his athletic training licensure at The Ohio State University and has experience with athletic rehabilitation in multiple high school and collegiate athletics settings.
Rachel Burns

Experience and Special Interests:
Rachel joined OrthoNeuro as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2001 at the Pickerington clinic. She has special interests in general orthopedics, manual therapy techniques, and pediatric neuro rehab.
Angela Darragh

Experience and Special Interests:
Angela joined OrthoNeuro in June 2000. She has been practicing in the Columbus area for over 45 years with a specialization in Spinal Evaluation and Rehab. She recieved her Certification in Functional Manual Medicine in 2016 from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University. She is also certified in Dry Needling through Integrative Dry Needling. Angela has her own private practice at Columbus Gyrotonic North where she takes classes in the Gyrotonic Method. She has been teaching Muscle Energy with Muscle-Energy Seminars since 2009.

Experience and Special Interests:
Lauren joined OrthoNeuro in 2019 as an Occupational Therapist in the Pickerington and New Albany clinic and is now providing care in the Dublin clinic. Lauren became a certified hand therapist in 2024. She has a special interest in rehabilitation of upper extremity injuries, splinting, manual techniques, and dry needling.

Annissa Fee

Experience and Special Interests:
Annissa joined OrthoNeuro in 2024 as a Physical Therapist in our Pickerington clinic. She has a special interest in sports medicine and returning athletes and active adults back to sport and prior function. Annissa is also a licensed athletic trainer and provides on field coverage for various sports of different age levels from youth to college age, and recreational adult. Annissa has certifications for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy Part A and CGWEP: The Otago Exercise Program: Fall prevention training. Annissa also is certified in dry needling.
John Finlay II

Experience and Special Interests:
John began his career with the OrthoNeuro team in 2000 at the Westerville clinic before transferring to the East Side location in 2003. Over the years, he has contributed his expertise across multiple offices and has had the privilege of mentoring numerous PTA students—many of whom went on to join the OrthoNeuro team themselves. John continually hones his manual therapy skills, focusing on spine and extremity mobilization as well as muscle energy techniques.
Melissa French

Experience and Special Interests:
Melissa joined OrthoNeuro in 2000 as the Head Athletic Trainer for St. Charles Preparatory School before becoming a Physician Extender in 2004. She then transitioned to working as an Athletic Trainer in the Downtown Clinic in 2006 where she stayed until moving to the East Clinic in 2009. Melissa became a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner in 2016. In 2024, she obtained both her Certified Strength Coach and Certified Personal Trainer status. Melissa has been a guest lecturer in the OrthoNeuro continuing education series and has served on the medical staff for various sporting events. She is an active member of NATA, OATA, GLATA, and GCATS.
