Angela joined OrthoNeuro in 2000 as a Physical Therapist and Manager in the Grandview Clinic.  She also managed and worked in the New Albany clinic when it opened in 2006. Angela is now the Director of Staff Development for the Rehabilitative Services Division and continues to be the Site Coordinator for the New Albany Clinic.  She has completed extensive course training in manual medicine from the College of Osteopathic Medicine at Michigan State University and obtained her Certification in Functional Manual Medicine in 2016. She has presented numerous lectures in the OrthoNeuro continuing education series as well as GLATA and Capital City Conference meetings.  She also serves as a co-instructor for the “Muscle Energy Technique for the Lumbar Spine and Pelvis” and “Cervical, Thoracic Spine and Rib Cage” courses. Angela was a contributing author to the chapter titled How Physical Therapy Can Help in “My Neck Hurts!” By Martin T. Taylor, DO, PhD.  She has been an active member of the North American Spine Society since 1999.

Melissa joined OrthoNeuro in 2000 as the Head Athletic Trainer for St. Charles Preparatory School before becoming a Physician Extender in 2004.  She then transitioned to working as an Athletic Trainer in the Downtown Clinic in 2006 where she stayed until moving to the East Clinic in 2009. Melissa became a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner in 2016.  Melissa has been a guest lecturer in the OrthoNeuro continuing education series and has served on the medical staff for various sporting events. She is an active member of NATA, OATA, GLATA, and GCATS.

Experience and Special Interests:

Jay joined OrthoNeuro in 2001 as the Head Athletic Trainer for Bishop Hartley High School.  In 2007, he became the Advanced Training Program Coordinator and an Athletic Trainer at the New Albany Clinic. 

Jay accepted the Westerville Clinic Site Coordinator position in 2008 and also assists with OrthoNeuro’s corporate wellness program. 

In 2015, he also took on the Site Coordinator responsibilities for the Grandview clinic. Then, in 2016, Jay’s focus turned to the Rehab Front Desk and Revenue Cycle. 

In 2018, he was promoted to the title of Rehab and Process Improvement Manager where he oversees the rehab revenue cycle and is heavily involved in the company’s process improvement initiatives. 

Jay obtained his black belt in Six Sigma Lean Principles in 2021.  His special interests include performance enhancement for all sports, especially golf, and he has participated in various camps for local athletes. Jay furthered his education in functional training and assessment through the Titleist Performance Institute’s Golf Fitness program, and by attending both Level I and Level II of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment training. 

He has worked with collegiate and professional athletes including internships with the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers and Cleveland Browns. Jay also had the pleasure of covering the 1997 Rose Bowl as a member of The Ohio State University’s football program.

He is the founder of TCARE.org and established the Jay Holdgreve Endowment for Testicular Cancer Research at The James Cancer Hospital.

Jay is a frequent guest lecturer in the OrthoNeuro continuing education series and has active memberships in NATA, OATA, and GLATA.

Lisa joined OrthoNeuro in 2006 as a Physical Therapist and Manager of the Pickerington Clinic.  In 2008, she began managing and working in the Westerville Clinic as well. Lisa then became the Director of Rehabilitative Services in 2010.  Her special interests include performance enhancement for all sports and she has worked with youth, collegiate and professional athletes. Lisa is a Certified FMS Specialist and furthered her education in functional training and assessment by completing both  Level I and Level II of the Selective Functional Movement Assessment training. Lisa obtained the distinction of being a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist through Great Lakes Seminars in 2012. Lisa became a Certified Kinesio Tape Practitioner in 2016. She also has considerable experience in Industrial Rehabilitation and has been performing custom foot orthotic assessments since 2002.  Lisa is a frequent guest lecturer in the OrthoNeuro continuing education series and has also provided private CEU opportunities to local therapy clinics.
