What is my username?
Your username is the email address you provided to OrthoNeuro to activate your Patient Portal account.
Why haven't I received an invitation email?
Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the email inviting you to our Patient Portal. Please also check your SPAM folder and ensure you allow email from @intelichart.com
Why am I being asked security questions?
The security questions are to ensure that you have a means to get into your account should you forget your account information. You should choose questions and answers that only you know. Once you answer the questions and create your own password, you will receive another email with a link to access your Patient Portal. Save that link / web address for all future logins.
There was an error sending my physician a message. What should I do?
Please call your physician to ensure your concern is properly addressed.
