A Memorable Day: Highlights from the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine DO Open Golf Outing
OrthoNeuro was honored to be the Diamond Sponsor for the 10th Anniversary of the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine DO Open Golf Outing! The event, held in Dublin, Ohio, was a tremendous success, bringing together alumni, friends, and clinical partners for a day of golf, camaraderie, and support for a great cause.
Event Highlights:
The day began with registration at 10:00 am, followed by a shotgun start at 11:00 am. Participants enjoyed 18 holes of golf in a four-person scramble format. The beautiful weather and well-maintained course set the perfect stage for friendly competition and fun.
We were thrilled to have Drs. Smith, Rohl, Mathis, Millard, and Stutzman from OrthoNeuro join us on the course. Their participation added to the spirit of camaraderie and teamwork that defined the day.
Golfers were treated to a boxed lunch and took part in various on-course contests with exciting prizes. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, cheers, and the spirit of friendly competition.
After a day on the green, everyone gathered on the patio at 4:30 pm for refreshments. This was followed by a casual buffet dinner and an awards ceremony at 5:00 pm. The dinner was a delightful affair, with delicious food and lively conversations. We celebrated the day’s achievements and recognized outstanding performances with awards and prizes.
Supporting a Worthy Cause
The highlight of the day was knowing that all proceeds from the Dublin Open will fund the Heritage College Dublin Primary Care Incentive Scholarship endowment. This endowment provides crucial financial support to students at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Dublin campus, helping to foster the next generation of primary care physicians.
