“Dr. Chen is a kind, cheerful, and wise surgeon. His decisions are very measured and he is not trigger-happy to send a patient into surgery if it isn’t their longterm best interest. He goes over the pros and cons of every option. I trust him completely and recommend him to all of my friends and family.”
