One of the most important things to do for people, I feel, is stretching. Particularly if they’re sitting at a desk job and they spend a lot of time on a computer and typing.

They do need to take a break at least every half hour, forty-five minutes, and just take a couple of minutes to stretch out their arms and their wrists and their fingers to try to prevent those overuse injuries.
