You feel like you’ve just twisted the knee, or maybe you twisted your elbow or wrist or hand you just wanted to resolve in a very short period of time, and so each day should have some improvement.

If you’ve had a significant amount of injury to the joint and there’s any swelling or bruising, that’s a sign that there’s been some internal damage to the joint, could be a fracture, could be a soft tissue injury. Those are things that need to be evaluated with at least an x-ray.
